Manchester United right-back Guillermo Varela has completed a season-long loan move to Eintracht Frankfurt, both clubs have confirmed. The 23-year-old Uruguayan defender has made 11 first-team appearances for United since joining from Peñarol in 2013.

Previous Loan Spells

Varela spent the second half of last season on loan at Real Sociedad, making 15 appearances in La Liga. He has also had loan spells at Hull City and Real Madrid Castilla.
